Vat Washers

CM Process solutions range of vat washers are designed to facilitate the efficient cleaning of items such as stainless steel vats, plastic vats and other bulk containers.

Based on our popular buggy and v mag washers the machines can be supplied either in a cabinet design or in a complete automated inline continuous solution.

Cabinet units can be supplied with single or double bays to accommodate various throughput rates, multiple programmable wash cycles are included which gives flexibility for a wide range of soiling, allowing the customer to custom select the specific cycle based on the soiling of the vats.

Inline systems work on the same principle as the ET75 Buggy washer, the vats are loaded and unloaded into the machine by automatic bin inverters, as an option the inline system can be supplied with an indexing mechanism allowing the vat or container to pause at a wash stage, where sustained high impact jetting ensures the washing quality of the vat.

As with our commercial and industrial washing machines, our vats washers are designed with all the hygienic features and principles, thus minimizing energy usage and washing time.
