CM Process Solutions range of combination vat and buggy washers are a versatile design to facilitate the washing of dump buggy or vats in one machine.

The machines can be supplied in either a single or double bay design to accommodate various throughputs.It is designed with a special lifting cradle so it can wash either a 400lb/600lb buggy or a large vat or bulk container in one cycle.The double bay design can wash both a 400lb/600lb v mag and a large vat or bulk container in one cycle.

Heating of the tanks can be achieved by means of steam, gas and electric, multiple programmable wash cycles are included which gives the customer the option to select a wash cycle specific to the level of soiling on the bin.Standard filtration is fitted but for heavy soiling products such as ground beef, rice or poultry then automatic filtration can be added.
