Stainless Steel Industrial Meat Dicers
When buying any machine from CM Process Solutions, processing equipment division, you are buying factory direct and bypassing the middle man. Our European designed stainless steel dicers will dice both fresh and tempered (26 – 28 degree F) meat. These industrial meat dicers come in two sizes; our EDP – 84 has an 84mm (3.25”) W x 84mm (3.25”) H meat chamber and is used by meat processing companies interested in a commercial meat dicer that can produce 800 or more pounds per hour. Our EDP – 120 commercial meat dicer has a 120mm (4.75”) W x 120mm (4.75”) H chamber and can produce 5,200 or more pounds per hour for the very high volume processing facility.
The EDP – 120 can also be fitted with an extension hopper for an automatic meat dicer but this is an option for our automatic meat dicers. These industrial stainless steel meat dicers are three dimensional meat and vegetable dicers meaning that the operator can choose the length, width and height of the diced meat. For diced taco or burrito’s most processors and restaurant owners dice the meat, chicken or pork ½” (12mm) wide, ½” (12mm) high and ¼” (6mm) thick or “long”.
Our model EPD – 84 and EPD – 120 commercial meat dicers come with two cutting or dicing grids sets which gives the operator of the industrial meat dicer their height and width of the meat being diced. The stainless steel meat dicer also uses one large guillotine knife that cuts the meats length. You do have several options and variations of meat or vegetable dicing that can be accomplished with our commercial meat dicers because the cutting grid is set up in ¼” or 6mm increments. This means that you can remove every other blade in one cutting grid of your commercial or industrial meat dicer. By removing every other blade in one grid set, your dice dimension is now 1/2” (12mm) wide and ¼” (6mm) high by how ever long you set your length dial control.
Since your width and height is determined by which slots you have your blades in, your length is determined simply by turning a dial on your control panel from 3/16th thick (4mm) up to 1.25” (31mm) long. Other options for your stainless steel commercial (EDP 84) and industrial (EDP 120) meat dicers is to set up the meat or vegetable dicers using one blank grid set which means it has no blades and then you set up your blades in your second grid set giving you the width of the product and still using the guillotine knife for your length. This allows your meat dicer to become a two dimensional meat dicer. Install both grid sets as blank grid sets and now your commercial and industrial meat dicers are now an industrial and commercial meat slicer. The slice is determined by the dial control on your control panel.
The final option for the EPD 84 and EPD 120 commercial / industrial dicer is our special cheese grid set. It comes with one stationary blank grid and the second stationary grid is a solid blade set up. The guillotine is much smaller and thinner so it will cut the cheese very cleanly.
