Utensil Washers

CM Process Solutions range of EDI machines consist of five models, each one being capable of satisfying the washing requirements of the bakery, butchery, catering and small food industry sectors.

The machines are constructed in satin finished 304 grade stainless steel and are double skinned for insulation and operator safety.

All machines are front loading via a well balanced, easy open door. Stainless steel rotary wash and rinse arms clean the utensils loaded into the stainless steel wash rack, which can also be modified to hold a specific type or shape product.

The machines are designed with high levels of hygiene in mind; the interior of the machine is completely rounded with no right angles.

There are removable stainless steel baskets for filtration and a filter is installed to protect the wash pump.

The EDI is digitally controlled by means of a controller housed in the front of the machine where cycle times, wash temperature and other parameters can easily be changed. The display also includes the current wash cycle status and tank temperature.
