SKV 300 C3T
The SKV 300 C3T is our best-selling model. It’s combined lifting and tipping function is adapted to convey 400 or 600lb buggies to forming machines, fillers, grinding machines, mixers, or any other custom made hopper. It can be manufactured to suit a whole range of containers such as buggies, barrels, bowls, and custom made vats.
We can also offer our “double tip” execution particularly effective for difficult products such as reworked dough, which has a tendency to stick to the insides of the buggy. It can also be supplied with load cells and a display, making it an ideal tool for batch weighing. The machine can be supplied in a mobile or bolt down design; and like all our range of lifters and dumpers, it is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel with a glass bead blast finish, that gives a sanitary easy to clean construction.
Options
The SKV 300 C3T can be supplied, at an additional cost, with the following options.

Operation of the Unit
The container to be tipped is positioned into the lifting frame and, for safety reasons, the lifting frame is provided with a retaining mechanism. The SKV300 C3T is driven by electrical push buttons where the “up” button is used for lifting and tipping and the “down” button for the return to the floor level.
The tipping movement starts when the lifting frame is guided into the tipping roller that is fixed to the column. For safety reasons all driving and operating components are fully enclosed and guarded to prevent accidents.
Furthermore, the steering guide is provided with a chain safety device, which prevents the container from falling down in the unlikely event of a chain failure
