SK 800 MK
The SK 800 MK is a powerful lifting and tipping tool, that handles standard 400 and 600lb buggies or customized containers for unloading product into units such as forming machines, fillers, grinders, mixers and multi head weigh systems.
A typical example of our product diversity is shown in the animation to the left. This machine was supplied to a customer who was looking to simplify their process in the production of soup.
The machine was fitted with load cells so that IQF products can be charged into the container to a required weight. The container is lifted and, as it reaches the top it will pause and rotate the fixed container both in a clockwise and anti clockwise direction, thus, mixing the product. It then continues and complete its tipping process emptying the product into the cooking vessel.
