The SKV200 ESV is used mainly in the food industry to weigh ingredients in a standard 400lb buggy. It can be supplied with a manual lift up operation or alternatively a pneumatic lift up design. The scale can also be manufactured to suit barrels, small containers or other fields of application such as large vats.

The scale is designed to comply with ergonomic demands and to make weighing more easy and efficient.

Operation of the Unit

The container to be weighed is positioned into the lifting frame of the scale, and the level is pressed down manually, lifting the container clear of the floor. The contents of the container are weighed and noted on the display. After each weighing operation the display will revert back to zero. After weighing the lever is lifted and the container is removed from the lifting frame.
